Role Overview
Huntress is creating its first Partner Success function to strengthen post-sale partnerships and expand the value delivered through the platform. In this role, you will help partners use Huntress to provide cybersecurity solutions to their customers while advancing growth, loyalty, renewals, satisfaction, and retention.
This is a visible, high-impact position focused on helping the business meet its goals by improving partner engagement and reducing churn. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to design practical, creative approaches that enable partners to achieve their business objectives through education, training, and support.
Reporting and Location
This position reports to the Vice President of Partner and Customer Account Management and is based remotely in Ireland.
Compensation
The role offers a base salary of €51,200, with on-target earnings of €64,000, plus equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of several hundred partners and customers, with accountability for maintaining relationships, supporting growth, and reducing churn.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners by helping them improve customer satisfaction, increase adoption, and deliver high-quality service.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with several stakeholders across each assigned partner organization.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver on goals related to retention, expansion, and overall partner satisfaction.
- Identify and implement creative, meaningful ways to keep partners engaged.
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in a partner-facing position, preferably within sales or customer success.
- Exposure to the MSP environment is an advantage, especially within cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with partners and customers.
- Strong organizational ability and comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth setting.
- Capability to juggle multiple priorities across a large portfolio of accounts.
- Ability to run customer success programs and initiatives across a broad account base.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive to take action and deliver results efficiently.
