Job description
About Huntress
Huntress is a remote-first cybersecurity company founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators. We are dedicated to making enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes, especially those that may lack the extensive security teams or resources of larger organizations. Our platform is supported by a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring continuous protection. We currently secure over 5 million endpoints and 11 million identities globally, a testament to the growing trust businesses place in our solutions.
About the Role
As a Partner Success Manager, you will serve as a crucial link between our sales initiatives and the sustained success of our partners. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for every new partner. Your role involves guiding partners through a structured process to ensure they are fully operational and equipped to introduce Huntress to their own customer base within their initial 16 days. You will act as a dedicated point of contact for a group of 7-10 Channel Account Managers, ensuring no partner feels unsupported.
You will also function as an early detection system for potential issues within our partner community by closely monitoring license deployment, account health, and usage patterns. Proactive problem-solving is key; you will take ownership of solutions, whether that involves providing additional training or collaborating with technical experts to overcome deployment challenges. We encourage iterative improvements to our processes, aiming to find innovative ways to help our partners succeed.
