Role overview
Mitchell & Titus, LLP is looking for a part-time recruiter who can engage comfortably with new people, assess candidate fit through thoughtful questioning, and keep an organized pipeline of future talent. The role calls for someone who can consistently work toward and exceed assigned targets.
Work schedule
This is a part-time contract position that may require up to 24 hours per week, depending on the firm’s staffing needs.
Key responsibilities
- Build and keep a strong pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings
- Screen candidates through phone and in-person interviews
- Review resumes and interview feedback to decide whether candidates should move forward
- Act as the main point of contact for candidate questions
- Track and meet weekly call and email goals
- Arrange and coordinate interview calendars
- Prepare and send offer letters
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Well-developed organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Energetic, proactive, and motivated approach
- Proven ability to hit quotas and performance targets
