Overview
The Only Facial is hiring a skilled freelance graphic designer to support its expanding franchise network. The work is remote, flexible, and part-time, with a focus on producing polished marketing assets for local franchise businesses while staying aligned with the brand’s visual standards.
Role summary
In this position, you will collaborate with franchise owners as a trusted design partner and approved resource. Your work will help ensure that all locations present a consistent brand image while still supporting local marketing needs.

Compensation and working arrangement
This is an independent contractor engagement. Designers will charge franchise owners directly, set their own pricing, and handle invoicing themselves. The brand will not manage billing or collect payments. Project volume may fluctuate depending on demand from franchisees.

Experience and skill expectations
Applicants should have at least 3 years of graphic design experience, a strong portfolio centered on brand work, and the ability to follow detailed guidelines.
