Role overview
This is a part-time contract recruiting opportunity with a healthcare consulting / professional services organization that supports clients in the healthcare and life sciences space. The role is remote, runs for 6 months, and is expected to start in July. The pay range is $30 to $45 per hour, based on experience.

What you'll do
You will own recruiting activity for a range of professional and leadership-level roles. The position involves partnering with hiring managers and business leaders, shaping sourcing approaches, and helping candidates move smoothly through the hiring process. It suits someone who is comfortable juggling several searches at once, building strong relationships, and working independently in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify job needs and hiring priorities.
- Find, source, and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Keep candidates and hiring teams informed throughout the process.
- Update and monitor search activity and candidate status in an applicant tracking system.
- Share market insights and recruiting advice to help guide hiring decisions.
- Support offer generation and onboarding coordination when needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience handling full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience recruiting in consulting, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, analytics, or broader professional services settings is preferred.
- Strong sourcing ability and experience engaging passive candidates.
- Background working directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Comfort using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Clear communication, strong organization, and solid relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage priorities independently in a remote setting.
