Role overview

Candidate profile
The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, calm in high-pressure situations, and comfortable working as part of a team. The role also requires strong communication skills in English, a solid driving record, and the ability to operate a standard transmission vehicle.
Education
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
Experience
Prior customer service experience is strongly preferred. Cash-handling experience is an added advantage, but it is not required.
Additional requirements and working conditions
- Must be able to communicate professionally and clearly
- Availability for nights and weekends is required
- Shift coverage may include 5:00pm - 1:00pm as needed
- Must be open to working events with advance notice
- Willingness to rotate across multiple facility locations is required
- Should be able to handle difficult and emotionally charged situations
- Must be comfortable working without direct supervision
- Must be able to make independent decisions and stand by them
- A strong sense of urgency and punctuality is expected
- Good interpersonal and team-building abilities are important
- The job involves exposure to outdoor conditions such as heat, wind, snow, and rain
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds
- Requires standing, walking, and running for long periods
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting during shifts may be necessary
