Role Overview
The Cyber Litigation Group in the Philadelphia office is hiring a Paralegal to support a growing team. This is a remote role, and working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
What You Will Do
- Manage litigation intake forms for first-party matters and help identify what additional details are needed for a liability review.
- Work with forensic specialists to gather any further information required for the case file.
- Draft an early summary of the breach and the response, and help surface key issues at an early stage.
- Build and maintain a repository of information and reference materials that can support motion practice.
- Develop a brief bank and shared team library of resources.
What The Firm Is Looking For
- A high school diploma along with a paralegal certificate is required.
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, data analysis, and research is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management systems is preferred.
- The ideal candidate should be self-directed, able to manage time well, highly organized, and a strong communicator.
- Comfort working as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment is essential.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position is offered in the range of $53,000 to $57,000 per year, with final pay depending on experience and qualifications.
