Role Overview

The Cyber Litigation Group in the Philadelphia office is hiring a Paralegal to support a growing team. This is a remote role, and working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

What You Will Do

Manage litigation intake forms for first-party matters and help identify what additional details are needed for a liability review.
Work with forensic specialists to gather any further information required for the case file.
Draft an early summary of the breach and the response, and help surface key issues at an early stage.
Build and maintain a repository of information and reference materials that can support motion practice.
Develop a brief bank and shared team library of resources.

What The Firm Is Looking For

A high school diploma along with a paralegal certificate is required.
Between 2 and 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, data analysis, and research is required.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management systems is preferred.
The ideal candidate should be self-directed, able to manage time well, highly organized, and a strong communicator.
Comfort working as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is offered in the range of $53,000 to $57,000 per year, with final pay depending on experience and qualifications.
