Padel Coach

Role overview

Advantage Sports Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Padel Coach for its Abu Dhabi operations. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who loves padel, enjoys working with players of different ages, and wants to help expand the sport across the UAE.

The position involves coaching in academies, schools, clubs, and community programmes while supporting the growth of a rapidly developing sport in the region.

What you will do

• Run engaging padel coaching sessions for juniors and adults.
• Lead private lessons, group training programmes, and academy sessions.
• Create structured coaching plans that help players improve step by step.
• Develop positive working relationships with players, parents, and club members.
• Assist with tournaments, leagues, holiday camps, and club events.
• Maintain strong standards in safety, professionalism, and service quality.

Requirements

• A recognised padel coaching qualification, such as FIP, a national federation certification, or an equivalent credential.
• Prior coaching experience with both junior and adult players.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A positive, energetic, and professional manner.
• Genuine interest in player development and in helping the sport grow.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Preferred qualifications

• First Aid certification.
• A UAE driving licence.
• Previous coaching experience in the UAE.
