Role Overview
The company is hiring an Outreach Specialist to manage buy-side acquisitions of digital assets in the iGaming space. The position covers the full acquisition journey, beginning with a qualified lead and continuing through review, due diligence, negotiation, and contract signing.
Day to day, the work involves reviewing website performance data, challenging inflated valuations, negotiating sellers toward realistic pricing, identifying which opportunities are worth pursuing, and coordinating with leadership on deals to fund. The ideal candidate approaches every transaction with a disciplined, investor-style mindset and uses data to uncover weaknesses, test assumptions, and secure the best possible terms for the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete acquisition process, from an approved lead through to a finalized agreement.
- Review the SEO health of each potential target and advise whether it should move forward or be declined.
- Take ownership of due diligence, while legal and technical teams provide support as needed.
- Negotiate directly with sellers through email, chat, and live calls, including across different time zones.
- Present a clear go/no-go recommendation to leadership, supported by the financial and strategic reasoning behind the decision.
Requirements
- Strong command of English, including comfort with live conversations and contract review.
- Demonstrated negotiation experience in any field.
- Previous iGaming M&A experience is preferred, as is broader experience in SEO-focused or digital M&A.
- Hands-on SEO experience is required.
- Availability to adjust working hours for cross-time-zone seller discussions.
- Direct exposure to buying, evaluating, or selling content websites.
- Familiarity with iGaming, affiliate marketing, or digital publishing is expected.
