Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or related fields
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of operational experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, leisure, or customer service sectors
• Preference for candidates familiar with Family Entertainment Centers (FEC), theme parks, arcades, cinemas, or hospitality environments
• Strong industry knowledge of entertainment and amusement parks is essential

Job Responsibilities and Skills

The role involves overseeing operations with a focus on process improvement, managing teams, controlling inventory, budget handling, maintaining quality and safety compliance, analyzing data, coordinating projects, managing vendors, scheduling activities, effective communication, and problem solving.
