Role overview

This opportunity is being shared for a partner organization, which will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The hiring company is seeking an Operations Specialist for Creative Production in Saudi Arabia.

You will work at the center of a rapidly growing creative production setup inside a global digital health product environment built around AI-enabled user experiences. Your job is to help create and manage the operational structure that allows creative teams to produce high-quality work quickly and at scale. Acting as a connector between production, strategy, and MarTech teams, you will bring order, visibility, and consistency to fast-moving workflows. The role blends process building, project coordination, and day-to-day operational delivery, while also contributing to automation and AI-based improvements that reduce repetitive work and increase efficiency. It is a chance to influence how creative production runs in a data-led, product-oriented environment with tangible impact.

What you will do

  • Create and continuously refine scalable workflows, supporting documents, onboarding resources, and operational structures for creative production.
  • Run regular team planning cycles, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly coordination, with clear priorities, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Strengthen collaboration across teams by connecting producers, strategists, and platform partners, while keeping information moving and dependencies under control.
  • Spot opportunities to apply AI and automation to reduce repetitive work in reporting, tracking, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Work with MarTech and AI specialists to develop smarter workflows and more efficient operational systems.

Requirements

  • Background in operations, project management, production operations, or business operations within a fast-moving setting.
  • Demonstrated experience creating processes, systems, and documentation from the ground up and improving them over time.
  • Strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to manage several workflows and stakeholders at once.
  • Clear communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams and varying seniority levels.
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership, and consistent follow-through.
  • Ability to think in systems, recognize bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and identify automation opportunities.
  • Genuine interest in AI, automation tools, and modern operational platforms such as Airtable, Notion, and project management tools.
  • English proficiency of B2 level or higher.
