Your role
This position is suited to someone who combines poise, responsibility, and genuine hospitality. The company is looking for a leader who not only understands service, but actively embodies it. With a strong eye for quality, solid commercial awareness, and natural leadership ability, you will take ownership of the operational Food & Beverage area. In this key role, you will shape day-to-day processes, set standards, and help create memorable moments for guests together with your team.
Key responsibilities
- Take overall operational responsibility for the Food & Beverage operations across the restaurants.
- Maintain an active presence in daily business, especially on weekends and during busy periods.
- Lead, support, and develop a committed team through clarity, respect, and strong role modelling.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and service are consistently delivered.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate commercial performance and relevant business figures.
- Work closely with senior management on strategic decisions.
- Coordinate events and special occasions.
- Continuously improve workflows to increase efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Profile and qualifications
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage management within upscale hospitality or gastronomy.
- Strong leadership skills combined with empathy, clarity, and a confident personal presence.
- Sound commercial understanding and routine handling of key operational metrics.
- Strong service mindset and a sharp sense for quality and guest expectations.
- A structured, solution-oriented way of working with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident manner, both internally and externally.
- Flexibility and a willingness to be present during peak times.
- Completed training or a degree in hotel management is an advantage.
