About the Role
We are representing a highly acclaimed boutique luxury travel company specializing in extraordinary celebrations across prime Mediterranean locations such as Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast, Santorini, and the Algarve. This rapidly expanding business is looking to hire a commercially astute and exceptionally organized Operations Manager to assume a crucial leadership position.
Key Duties
- Take charge of the operational workflow from initial enquiry to post-event evaluation for their diverse booking portfolio.
- Continuously assess and refine operational systems and procedures to boost efficiency.
- Handle procurement activities, client communications, support, and staff training programs.
- Manage and oversee product pricing and commercial negotiations.
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with international suppliers, particularly across the Mediterranean.
- Maintain high standards of customer service organization-wide.
- Lead and develop a team comprising travel planners and sales professionals, including conducting coaching, training, and performance assessments.
