Internship Overview
This internship offers a chance to immerse yourself in the operations of a premier workspace located in Bangalore, designed for founders, remote teams, and enterprises driving innovation. As an Operations Intern, you will act as the primary liaison for founders utilizing the Lumio Desk facility, ensuring their issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact point for founders working from Lumio Desk and guarantee their concerns are managed within stipulated timeframes.
- Collaborate closely with founders to take charge of various operational duties.
- Examine daily reviews submitted by the operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day management of workspace activities.
- Work alongside vendors, housekeeping, security staff, and maintenance teams to quickly resolve any operational challenges.
- Foster strong relationships within the founder community to provide an outstanding member experience.
- Identify current operational challenges or inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements to optimize processes.
- Lead and manage cross-departmental projects as the organization continues to grow.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be prepared for a full-time, in-office internship starting between July 27, 2026, and September 2, 2026, for a total of six months. Applicants should possess relevant skills and a keen interest in operations management.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month. Additional perks include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, and a casual dress code.
