Kingsmen Vietnam is seeking an Operations Executive to join their team in Singapore. This is a full-time, onsite contract position.

A Day in the Life

The Operations Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure smooth project execution. This includes preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), sourcing and procuring materials, negotiating terms with suppliers, and applying for necessary permits and licenses. The role involves supporting site operations, conducting site reconnaissance, and submitting concepts and costing to clients for approval. You will also liaise with various parties for essential services like electrical, water, and internet, and coordinate with clients for artwork printing. Key responsibilities include managing supplier and sub-contractor schedules, ensuring quality of fabrication, addressing client feedback through on-site servicing, and supervising supplier activities during move-in and teardown. The executive will also prepare costing for variation orders and manage purchase orders and project closure.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in events/construction management or a related field, with 2-3 years of relevant on-site operations experience. Experience in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services is a plus. The role requires the ability to work in a standard office setting, use office equipment, and attend meetings. Candidates should possess good communication skills (verbal and written) and be able to read printed materials and computer screens. Familiarity with furniture, materials, and finishes is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project is essential. The candidate must be an independent, multitasking individual capable of adhering to tight schedules and possess technical knowledge in conceptual design drawings and floor plans.
