Job description
Role overview
Swipe Automations Ltd is hiring a full-time Operations Assistant to support the daily workflow of its global content production business. The position is fully remote and is limited to candidates based in Australia. The successful applicant will help keep projects moving smoothly, maintain accurate operational records, and support timely delivery of video content to clients.
Key responsibilities
This role focuses on coordinating work across teams, monitoring project schedules, and making sure operational tasks are completed efficiently. It also involves routine admin support, updating project tracking systems, assisting with allocation of resources, and communicating with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders to clarify requirements, address issues, and contribute to process improvements.
Working style
The position requires consistent collaboration across different time zones while maintaining clear, professional communication. It is suited to someone who can work independently in a remote setting, juggle several priorities, and stay organised without close supervision.
Qualifications and experience
Applicants should have strong capabilities in operations or operations management, with the ability to coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and support improvements in workflow. Good analytical thinking is needed to spot bottlenecks and propose practical fixes. Strong customer-facing and internal communication skills are important, along with comfort using digital tools such as project management systems, spreadsheets, and communication platforms. Prior work in operations, production support, or administrative coordination is preferred, and experience in media or content production will be an advantage. Familiarity with distributed or international teams and a collaborative, inclusive mindset are also valued.
Education preference
Relevant post-secondary study in business, operations, or a similar field is preferred, although equivalent work experience may also be considered.
