Operations Analyst (Digital Asset)

Role overview

This opportunity is with a regulated custodian in the digital asset space. The role is based in the company’s Singapore office and offers direct involvement in operational process improvements and product testing, with practical exposure to digital asset custody systems and infrastructure.

Core responsibilities

• Maintain strong compliance standards by keeping accurate records and assisting with regulatory reporting tasks.
• Carry out everyday reconciliations for both assets and fiat balances, resolve discrepancies quickly, and ensure high levels of accuracy.
• Check staking reward data and confirm that records are complete and correct across institutional accounts.
• Assist with new product developments, including accurate and timely completion of off-exchange settlement activities.
• Run and monitor routine business-as-usual checks and controls aligned with compliance and asset protection requirements.
• Spot ways to improve processes and help refine operational workflows on an ongoing basis.
• Take part in testing of new and upgraded custody products while building a strong technical understanding of the product offering.

Requirements

• A degree in a STEM field is preferred, ideally in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial services is required.
• Genuine interest in digital assets and/or blockchain technology is important.
• Comfort with reconciliation work and the ability to work with detailed, complex financial information is necessary.
