The company supports clients across the world with end-to-end assistance for licences, company incorporation, and PRO services such as licence renewals and trademark registration. Its focus is to make UAE business establishment and compliance smoother for startups, entrepreneurs, and established organisations.

Role Summary

This position is a full-time, on-site Operations Executive role focused on company formation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role covers the daily operational work involved in setting up businesses, managing licensing and PRO-related tasks, and keeping communication flowing effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Business Setup Support

  • Support clients through the process of launching businesses in Dubai, including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore structures.
  • Advise clients on the most suitable legal setup, such as LLC, Sole Proprietorship, Free Zone entity, and similar options, based on their needs.
  • Compile and file the required paperwork for business formation, trade licence processing, and other compliance-related submissions.

Government Coordination

  • Serve as the main contact point for interactions with government departments including DED, Free Zone authorities, Immigration, and the Labour Ministry.
  • Work with relevant authorities to secure approvals, permits, and licences.
  • Make sure all activities align with UAE laws and business setup regulations.

Visa Processing and Employee Services

  • Handle residency visas, work permits, and related documentation for employees and business owners.
  • Prepare and submit visa applications along with supporting steps such as medical testing, Emirates ID processing, and associated paperwork.
  • Coordinate visa-related matters with the Ministry of Labour and GDRFA.

Client Communication and Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the company formation journey.
  • Provide tailored advice to clients on the most appropriate business setup route in Dubai.
  • Track follow-ups to ensure documents and payments are received within required timelines.

Documentation and Record Keeping

  • Draft, prepare, and organise key company formation documents such as Articles of Association, shareholder agreements, trade licences, and related records.
  • Maintain company files in an accurate, current, and legally compliant manner in line with UAE requirements.
