About the Role

As a Night Porter at Audley Villages, your primary role is to ensure a secure, warm, and welcoming environment for all residents by delivering friendly and efficient customer service. You will also provide administrative and operational support across the village and assist with care support when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, creating a safe and inviting atmosphere.
• Provide administrative and operational assistance throughout the village.
• Offer support with care duties as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of public areas and the swimming pool.
• Conduct pool maintenance, including water testing and logging.
• Prepare the swimming pool and club facilities for daily use.
• Manage refuse collection across the village.
• Undertake general cleaning duties in communal spaces.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and perform well under pressure.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possess strong communication abilities.
• Demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with computer systems is advantageous.
• Exhibit the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and a tolerant attitude.
• Show flexibility in adapting to daily tasks and shift schedules.
