Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Manager with strong expertise in .NET Full Stack, Azure DevOps, and the Healthcare domain to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications. This role demands a combination of technical leadership, delivery management, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Technical Skills

• Proficiency in C#, .NET / .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web API.
• Solid frontend development experience with Angular, React, or Blazor.
• Expertise in SQL Server database management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), including CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
• Practical experience with Azure Cloud services.
• Thorough understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with the Healthcare domain, with HIPAA/compliance knowledge being a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete delivery lifecycle of .NET-based projects.
• Manage client expectations, engage with stakeholders, and ensure timely project completion.
• Guide architectural decisions, design strategies, and technical choices.
• Champion code quality, adherence to best practices, and the adoption of DevOps principles.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to cross-functional engineering teams.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and healthcare industry standards.
