British Nannies is seeking experienced Nannies or Childcare Providers for flexible, full-time, part-time, or ad-hoc work in the Brent, London area and surrounding regions. This role offers the opportunity to join a reputable childcare team and provide high-quality, in-home care for various families.
About the Role
We are looking to hire 2 professional Nannies to join our diverse childcare team. As a Back-Up Nanny, you will provide in-home childcare for families in Brent and nearby areas when their regular caregiver is unavailable. This position is perfect for nannies, childminders, nursery workers, early years practitioners, and childcare assistants who wish to build relationships with local families without being tied to a single employer.

Key Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of paid professional nanny or childcare experience is required. Alternatively, 2 years of experience combined with a relevant childcare qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Childcare, Early Years, CACHE, or NVQ) is acceptable.
- Must be willing to obtain or currently hold a Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
- Must possess an Enhanced DBS Certificate, obtained within the last 12 months or be registered on the Update Service.
- Exceptional reliability, punctuality, and communication abilities are essential.
- Candidates should be self-motivated and well-organized.
- Confidence in working independently is necessary.

Typical Work Patterns
