Multimedia Producer

Role overview

We are looking for a Multimedia Producer to oversee end-to-end multimedia projects, from the initial idea through to final delivery. This position is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, with the workplace located in Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of multimedia assignments from concept development to final output and delivery.
• Edit polished video content suited for digital channels, social platforms, and broadcast use.
• Work closely with internal teams, creative contributors, and outside vendors to keep projects moving on schedule.
• Create visually compelling content that stays consistent with brand direction and guidelines.
• Handle production timelines, shoot coordination, and post-production processes.
• Check that all deliverables meet creative, technical, and quality expectations.
• Keep up with new trends, tools, and emerging practices in multimedia production.
• Maintain and organize project assets, media libraries, and production files.

Required skills

• Sound understanding of video production and post-production workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of camera gear, lighting setups, and audio capture methods.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and project coordination abilities.
• Capability to juggle several projects while working to strict deadlines.
• A creative approach with strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications and experience

A master’s or bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media, Film Production, Multimedia, or a similar discipline is required. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience specifically in multimedia production. Experience in media, broadcasting, or digital content environments will be an advantage.
