About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Multimedia Designer to contribute to Eightcap's expansion by producing compelling motion graphics, video content, animations, and other multimedia assets. These creations will enhance our brand presence and marketing initiatives across various platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a robust background in multimedia design, motion graphics, video production, and digital storytelling, with a demonstrated capacity to deliver high-quality creative solutions within a demanding, high-performance setting. This role is crucial in advancing our mission to provide outstanding experiences for both our clients and our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce motion graphics, animated assets, and video edits for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and internal communications.
- Develop engaging video content from initial storyboarding to final delivery, ensuring alignment with campaign narratives and brand guidelines.
- Edit and layer footage, sound, typography, and visual effects to effectively support storytelling.
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to translate campaign concepts into dynamic moving-image content.
- Optimize all creative outputs for a variety of channels, including social media, digital displays, websites, and presentations.
- Work closely with the Creative Lead and project stakeholders to refine creative concepts and explore innovative moving-image possibilities.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to concurrently deliver multiple projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in motion graphics and video design, preferably within an agency or in-house creative department.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other essential Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- A keen sense for rhythm, pacing, and visual storytelling, coupled with strong auditory awareness.
- Experience in producing video content specifically tailored for diverse digital and social media platforms.
- A solid understanding of contemporary digital design principles and motion graphics trends.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative creative team.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
- Experience with 3D graphics and animation would be advantageous.
- An interest in the trading, FX, or finance industries is beneficial.
