Role overview
An established private practice clinic in Sydney’s Northern Beaches is looking for a motivated and caring physiotherapist to join the team on a full-time basis. The position focuses on one-to-one patient care, rehabilitation, and supporting people as they recover from injuries or medical conditions.
Applications are also open to recent graduates.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about physiotherapy, works well with others, and communicates clearly with patients, co-workers, and allied health professionals. Core duties
- Carry out patient assessments and create treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs
- Deliver practical, hands-on physiotherapy using a range of techniques and treatment methods
- Guide patients through exercises designed to rebuild mobility and strength
- Track progress carefully and maintain accurate treatment notes
- Explain home exercises and self-management strategies to patients and their families
- Work alongside doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and other health professionals to provide coordinated care
- Keep current with physiotherapy research and take part in ongoing professional development
Candidate profile
- Degree level qualification in Physiotherapy or above
- Active registration with AHPRA
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively
- Good organisation and time management abilities
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Benefits and working conditions
- Salary is competitive and will depend on experience

- Full-time roster across 4 or 5 days per week
- No weekend work
