Motion Graphic Designer

Role overview

Paraglider is hiring a Motion Graphic Designer for its Bhopal location. This role is focused on producing polished motion content for digital channels, social media, corporate films, and brand communications. The right candidate will be inventive, detail-focused, and comfortable turning ideas into compelling animated visuals.

What you will do

• Design and produce 2D and 3D motion graphics, explainer videos, logo animations, and digital advertisements.
• Build storyboards, style frames, and animatics to present visual concepts before production.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand briefs and convert ideas into motion-based outputs.
• Create animation for text, graphics, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements in After Effects.
• Blend audio elements such as voiceovers and sound effects into animation projects.
• Use core animation concepts like timing, easing, and smooth transitions to achieve professional motion flow.
• Handle basic video editing and refinement work in Premiere Pro when required.
• Keep project folders, compositions, and version files well organized.
• Deliver work on schedule while maintaining brand consistency, visual accuracy, and the expected style.
• Keep pace with current motion design trends, plugins, AI-assisted tools, and new techniques.

Skills and requirements

• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is essential.
• Practical ability to use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with AI-based creative tools for image creation, video enhancement, animation support, and productivity improvements.
• Strong grasp of motion design basics and animation principles.
• Hands-on experience with typography animation, transitions, and visual effects.
• Ability to create storyboards and map out visual sequences.
• Good understanding of design, color usage, and visual hierarchy.
• Careful attention to detail and openness to constructive feedback.
• Capability to work independently and manage several assignments at once.

Education

A degree or diploma in Animation, Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
