Overview

The Lending Tree is hiring Mortgage Consultants in Dubai, UAE as it expands quickly. This role is designed for driven professionals who want to build a long-term career in mortgage advisory with strong earning potential and room to progress.

Role overview

You will guide customers toward the most suitable UAE mortgage options for resale and handover properties, while managing the full journey from lead generation through to disbursement. The position involves close coordination with banks, underwriters, developers, and internal teams, along with careful attention to compliance, documentation accuracy, and follow-up timelines.

Key responsibilities

  • Recommend mortgage solutions in the UAE that match each client’s needs
  • Handle the complete mortgage cycle, starting from lead generation and ending with disbursement
  • Work closely with banks, underwriters, developers, and internal departments
  • Maintain correct paperwork, regulatory compliance, and prompt follow-ups
  • Deliver monthly sales performance and nurture strong client relationships
  • Offer a transparent, professional, and customer-first advisory service

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of UAE sales experience in mortgages, retail banking, customer service, or insurance
  • Strong English communication skills; other languages are an advantage
  • Ability to sell consultatively, negotiate effectively, and close deals with confidence
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and strongly focused on the customer
  • Valid UAE driving licence is compulsory
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment
  • Able to take full ownership of cases and drive them through to completion
  • Ambitious about growth, earnings, and building a long-term career in mortgages
  • Willing to work with systems, structured processes, and multiple stakeholders
