Monteur (m/w/d)

Role overview

As a Monteur, you will handle the assembly and installation of safety systems for roofs, support their maintenance, and carry out dismantling work when systems need to be removed or rebuilt. The position involves working directly at customer sites and taking responsibility for assigned installation jobs independently.

Key duties

• Install roof safety equipment such as guardrails, cable-based fall protection systems, access ladders, and walkways.
• Take existing systems apart and remove them in a professional manner.
• Perform maintenance and inspection tasks on installed systems.
• Complete installation assignments on site at customer locations with personal accountability.
• Attend manufacturer-led training sessions and certification programs.

What you should bring

• Practical manual skills and a solid basic understanding of technical work; experience or training in metalwork is an advantage.
• No fear of heights and the physical fitness needed for work at elevation.
• A valid class B driving licence.
• Willingness to travel for assignments in regional and wider areas.
• Interest in learning and taking part in specialist training and certification.
• A dependable, self-directed way of working.
