About the Role
Johnsons Dry Cleaners, which is part of Timpson Group Limited, is hiring a Mobile Branch Colleague to support branches across Leeds and the surrounding areas. This is a permanent, full-time position suited to people who have worked in retail or hospitality and want a fresh, people-focused career.
The role involves moving between nearby branches as needed, so a full driving licence and access to transport are required. The company welcomes candidates who bring strong customer service skills, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
You will help keep day-to-day branch operations running smoothly, stepping in to provide cover when a colleague is absent. Working alongside the branch manager, you’ll support the normal running of the store and help deliver a great customer experience.
New starters receive thorough training from day one, so prior experience is not essential. The business focuses on building skills through hands-on learning and aims to develop employees into successful long-term team members.
You will also be expected to carry out one act of kindness each day for a customer or colleague as part of the company culture.
Pay and Hours
Pay begins at £12.75 per hour and increases to £12.80 per hour after a successful trial period. There is also the chance to earn uncapped weekly bonuses.
The working pattern is 40 hours across 5 days, which includes weekends, and overtime may be available once you are trained.
