Role overview
Lesniak Swann is hiring a Midweight Designer to craft strong creative work across digital, print, and integrated campaigns. The role involves taking projects from early ideas through to final delivery, working closely with both colleagues and clients to produce design that is imaginative and commercially effective.
The position is based in Manchester or Stoke, with a salary of £30,000 to £36,000 depending on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Turn client goals and agency standards into creative concepts and finished design work.
- Deliver polished visuals across multiple channels and formats.
- Plan and manage your workload so work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Confidently share and explain ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Work alongside account, strategy, and production teams to support smooth project delivery.
- Guide and support junior designers by sharing knowledge and good practice.
- Keep a sharp eye on detail and maintain high quality through every stage of production.
- Use AI-based creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Weavy AI, and similar platforms to improve brainstorming, design development, content creation, and workflow efficiency.
- Keep current with new design trends, technologies, and creative developments.
Skills and experience
- A strong portfolio that shows creativity, technical skill, and thoughtful design approach.
- Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative and image generation platforms.
- Broad experience working across print and digital media.
- Good communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
