This role will focus on building and rolling out internal systems and business processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders, and able to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Key responsibilities

- Run user interviews and stakeholder discovery discussions to uncover needs, test assumptions, and turn findings into clear project requirements.
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams to keep expectations aligned and communication clear throughout the project.
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and define practical mitigation plans.
- Drive the rollout of new products, tools, or workflows into existing business operations.
- Support change management by adapting quickly to shifting priorities, requirements, and business needs while keeping execution smooth across teams.
- Measure project performance and key KPIs to ensure delivery stays connected to business goals.
- Gather and examine data to inform decisions and validate proposed solutions.
- Prepare status updates and progress reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and remove efficiency gaps across teams.
What we are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Practical experience in business process analysis, process optimization, or product workflow development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both business and technical groups.
- Comfort using data to guide decisions.
- Experience working with AI or introducing AI into products or business processes.
- Strong organization and delivery skills, with the flexibility to adjust to changing requirements.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Hiring process
- Applications are reviewed manually against the role requirements to ensure each candidate receives individual attention.
- Selected candidates may be asked to complete a video interview for the hiring manager’s review, and this may be followed by a test or short project.
- Qualified applicants will then be invited to speak with the hiring manager and/or interview panel in a live conversation, either in person or over Zoom.
- Final offer discussions happen only after a live meeting; the company does not extend offers without direct conversation.
- The company does not interview or hire through text message, Telegram, or similar messaging channels.
