About the company
INFUSE is a demand generation business that supports B2B organizations with audience, buyer, and account engagement solutions designed to help them reach their objectives. The company operates with a global workforce across more than 60 countries and has been honored several times on the Inc. 5000 list, along with more than 60 other industry recognitions, including Inc. Role overview
The team is hiring a Middle Project Manager who brings solid project management experience and a track record of implementing processes. This person will help design, launch, and improve internal systems and business workflows. The role calls for someone who thinks analytically, works well with people, and can collaborate directly with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
What you will do
- Manage the complete lifecycle of internal projects, starting with requirement collection and ending with solution delivery and process rollout.
- Run interviews with users and discovery discussions with stakeholders to uncover needs, test assumptions, and turn findings into clear project requirements.
- Act as the link between business teams and technical teams so that expectations remain aligned throughout the work.
- Spot risks, blockers, and dependencies early, then define practical ways to reduce their impact.
- Drive the rollout of new tools, products, or processes into current business operations.
- Support change management efforts by adapting quickly to shifting priorities, requirements, and business goals while keeping execution steady across teams.
- Track project progress and key performance indicators to ensure delivery supports business outcomes.
- Gather and interpret data to guide decisions and shape proposed solutions.
- Prepare status updates and progress reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Continuously look for ways to improve workflows and close efficiency gaps between teams.
Hiring process
- Applications are reviewed manually by recruiting professionals, with no machine-based screening at this stage.
- Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a video interview for the hiring manager, often followed by a test or brief project.
- Selected candidates then meet with the hiring manager and/or interview panel either in person or over Zoom; hiring is not done through text message, Telegram, or similar channels.
- Final decisions are discussed only after a live conversation, and offers are not made without that interaction.
Privacy and compliance
The company states that it follows applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more details, candidates are directed to the company’s privacy policy.
Accessibility and accommodations
The hiring process may include one-way video interviews, behavioral assessments, and timed cognitive tests. Candidates who are disabled or neurodiverse can request accommodations such as extra test time, an alternative communication format, or flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Practical experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or developing product workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders from both business and technical backgrounds.
- A data-led mindset when evaluating options and making decisions.
- Exposure to AI or experience with applying AI in products or business processes.
- Strong planning and delivery skills, plus the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
