About the role

MOI is hiring a mid-weight designer to help shape B2B work that feels engaging, human and memorable rather than overly corporate. The role is based in London with a flexible hybrid setup, requiring two days each week in the office.

You will join a multidisciplinary team working across strategy, creative, planning, specialist and events functions to produce standout campaigns and experiences for global brands. The work spans enterprise and SMB audiences across sectors such as technology, professional services, financial services, digital engineering, energy and communications.

What you will do

  • Develop polished visual concepts and design outputs across a wide mix of formats and channels.
  • Create campaign ideas, digital and social assets, landing pages, websites, email journeys, nurture content, reports, eBooks, thought-leadership materials, event experiences, exhibition stands, and presentation or pitch decks.
  • Work closely with creative, strategy and client teams to build strong design solutions.
  • Shape visual directions, moodboards and design worlds that keep campaign ideas coherent and aligned to audience and business goals.
  • Protect brand consistency while also pushing creative thinking when there is room to challenge convention.
  • Run several projects at once and deliver to a consistently high standard within deadlines.
  • Confidently explain and defend design choices to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Keep up with design trends, new technologies, AI tools and current best practice in B2B marketing.

AI and content creation

The role expects strong familiarity with AI and a responsible, positive approach to using it in creative work. AI may be used for visual research, inspiration gathering, concept testing, image generation, creative mockups, design adaptation, asset scaling and other assisted workflows.

You should understand where AI can improve speed, quality and efficiency, and where human creativity, judgment and craft remain essential.

What the employer is looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in a design position, preferably in a B2B, integrated or creative agency setting.
  • A portfolio that clearly shows conceptual thinking, visual craft and practical design experience.
  • Exposure to sectors such as technology, professional services, financial services, digital engineering, energy or communications.
  • Strong capability in visual storytelling, typography, layout and design systems.
  • Ability to turn complex subject matter into clear, compelling design.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and explaining the reasoning behind them.
  • Proven collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
  • Curiosity, commercial awareness and a mindset focused on continual improvement.
