A mobile-first mindset is essential, along with the ability to design for web and mobile platforms.
What You’ll Work On
- Build complete user journeys, wireframes, and polished interfaces for e-commerce areas such as product pages, carts, checkout, and dashboards, as well as ERP modules including inventory, order handling, and reporting.
- Translate dense, data-rich workflows into simple and efficient experiences for enterprise users.
- Carry out user research and usability testing for both consumer and business use cases.
- Work alongside product managers and developers to make sure designs are practical, consistent, and implementable.
- Support and improve shared design systems across the product ecosystem.
Experience and Tool Requirements
The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of hands-on UI/UX experience, with proven work on e-commerce platforms and ERP systems. Experience designing interfaces for AI-powered features is also required, such as recommendation engines, predictive analytics, smart assistants, or automated workflows. Strong responsive design experience across web, iOS, and Android is expected, along with a portfolio that demonstrates adaptive design across different screen sizes.
Applicants should be comfortable with at least three of the following tools: Figma with advanced features such as components, auto layout, and prototyping; Sketch or Adobe XD; Axure RP for complex ERP flows; Miro for workshops and journey mapping; and Zeplin or Abstract for handoff.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS or design tokens.
- Exposure to data visualization, including charts, tables, and filters.
- Any experience with UI development, such as React Native, is an advantage and can help bridge design and engineering.
