Role overview

EPAM Systems is looking for a Microsoft Alliance Manager to strengthen and grow its Microsoft partnership across the Middle East from Dubai. The role focuses on building a strong partner strategy that creates qualified pipeline, boosts brand presence, and supports revenue expansion. You will work across technology, marketing, sales, account management, and delivery teams to unlock the full value of the Microsoft alliance.

This position offers the chance to join a fast-moving team and directly influence the growth of EPAM’s Microsoft business.

Key responsibilities

  • Expand and deepen EPAM’s relationship with Microsoft across the Middle East, working with senior stakeholders and the Global Alliance Lead to stay aligned with worldwide priorities.
  • Shape and roll out go-to-market initiatives together with internal teams and Microsoft counterparts to speed up joint opportunities and strengthen market reach.
  • Collaborate with business units, sales, technical specialists, and marketing to build and execute growth plans that support pipeline creation.
  • Partner with EPAM solution experts to develop offerings, encourage innovation, and grow strategic accounts.
  • Define, monitor, and deliver on KPIs related to partner-sourced revenue, pipeline growth, and client outcomes using data-led decision-making.
  • Represent EPAM at key industry gatherings, partner forums, and summits to increase brand exposure and build executive relationships.
  • Handle partner deal registrations, ensure alliance process compliance, and present plans and performance updates to EPAM and Microsoft leadership in Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Stay current on Microsoft’s ecosystem, new technologies, market developments, and competitive activity to guide alliance strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud-focused sales and/or alliances.
  • Minimum 7 years of overall experience in enterprise technology and channel management.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field.
  • Prior experience working with or for Microsoft in the region is preferred, along with an existing professional network inside Microsoft.
  • Proven background in SI sales environments and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational abilities.
  • Comfort managing relationships, business development activities, pipelines, and operational processes.
  • Ability to work autonomously while staying collaborative and proactive.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Arabic language skills in writing and speaking are a plus.
