About the Role
Celsius Holdings, Inc. is looking for a Merchandising Representative to support brand execution in the Orlando, FL market. The role sits within a portfolio of energetic consumer brands and focuses on making sure products are visible, well-stocked, and represented effectively across grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience channels.
This is a field-based position with an assigned market, and it reports to the Regional Manager. The company emphasizes collaboration, inclusion, innovation, and shared ownership in its culture.
Schedule and Pay
The role offers pay at $25 per hour, with overtime available as needed. Working days are Wednesday through Sunday, and the position requires a 40-hour workweek. Candidates should expect to be in the field within the assigned market.
Driving Requirement
This is a driving position. Applicants must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and must successfully pass an MVR screening. A strong driving record, active insurance, and access to a personal vehicle are required; vehicle allowance will be provided.
What You’ll Do
The Merchandising Representative acts as a brand ambassador and supports sales execution by improving product placement, display quality, and in-store visibility. The job involves frequent account visits, communication with store leadership, and coordination with the territory team.
- Execute merchandising plans and in-store activation activities.
- Visit target accounts and manage daily call routes.
- Work with store managers to secure product displays, PDQs, and end-cap placements.
- Share sales leads and growth opportunities with the territory manager.
- Help expand distribution where approved by the store manager and account rules.
- Ensure shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are stocked according to brand standards.
- Move backstock into displays, racks, cold space, and warm shelves based on account guidelines.
- Place approved point-of-sale materials.
- Support new store openings and store reset activities.
- Take photos and attach them to weekly reporting.
- Carry out demos when requested.
- Maintain an organized target-account list for weekly and monthly planning.
- Coordinate as needed with the territory sales manager, district manager, and regional manager.
- Complete 15 to 20 account calls per day.
- Log all account visits and activity in the Celsius sales app.
- Submit weekly work logs, including mileage.
- Provide additional records or documentation when assigned.
Requirements
Applicants should bring a mix of retail/merchandising exposure, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in retail or merchandising; prior merchandising experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Flexibility to work the Wednesday to Sunday schedule and a 40-hour week.
- Positive, energetic, and motivated mindset.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as a team player.
- Excellent driving history plus valid license and insurance.
- Access to a personal vehicle.
- Strong commitment to customer service.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for both internal and external contacts.
- Solid problem-solving ability.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Must reside within the assigned county area.
