Role Overview
Curefit is seeking a high-energy sales professional to help grow gym membership business in Delhi. The role centers on engaging prospects, understanding their fitness goals, and converting interest into long-term memberships.
Key Responsibilities
- Attract and nurture new leads by handling walk-ins, responding to inbound queries, and following up through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Promote and close gym membership plans, while also pitching personal training add-ons and relevant promotional offers.
- Maintain accurate lead and member details using the cult.fit portal, including follow-up status and record updates.
- Create a positive customer experience by resolving concerns around pricing, schedule, and fitness-related doubts to improve conversion.
- Support offline growth by building connections with corporates, residential societies, and influencers to generate group membership business.
- Work consistently toward monthly sales goals and use incentive opportunities by meeting or surpassing targets.
Skills and Profile
- Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to meet targets.
- Good communication and negotiation skills for handling objections and closing deals.
- Interest in fitness or sports is an added advantage.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital tools.
- Self-driven, resilient, and able to stay motivated despite rejection.
Additional Information
