Role overview
NZME is seeking a Media Specialist in Napier to manage and expand a portfolio of customers while building media solutions that strengthen market presence. The role combines sales growth, account ownership, and the development of audience-led campaigns across digital, print, and audio channels.
What you will be doing
You will take ownership of customer accounts, look for growth opportunities, and help create campaigns that are tailored to the audience and commercial goal. The position also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are planned and delivered effectively.
- Build and execute advertising campaigns using NZME’s full range of products.
- Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate forecasts and reports.
- Use CRM systems properly and follow company policies and procedures.
- Manage priorities and deadlines in an organised, self-directed way.
- Contribute in planning discussions and coordinate well with colleagues.
- Maintain strong communication and a company-wide perspective while working with the team.
