Role overview
Taurify is hiring a performance-focused media buyer to plan, launch, and continuously improve paid advertising campaigns. This position is remote and intended for someone who already has substantial hands-on experience, not for someone just starting out.
The role is built around owning client outcomes for a fast-growing marketing agency that serves painting contractors and helps them generate consistent leads and qualified booked estimates through paid media.
What success looks like
You will be expected to think beyond ad spend and surface-level metrics. The focus is on profitable growth, clear diagnosis of what is working or failing, and steady improvement across a portfolio of client accounts. The team wants someone who works like an operator, moves quickly, and takes full responsibility for results.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and refine paid campaigns across Meta and Google.
- Drive quality lead generation and support booked estimates for clients.
- Help improve the client’s ability to close more of the booked estimates you generate.
- Monitor and improve performance against core KPIs such as cost per lead, cost per booked estimate, lead quality, and client revenue.
- Interpret account performance using data, reasoning, and practical marketing judgment.
- Identify whether performance issues are caused by lead quality, funnel problems, creative weaknesses, or appointment-setting gaps.
- Work closely with account managers, creative staff, and systems team members to turn data into clear actions.
- Give clients and internal stakeholders concise, data-backed updates and recommendations.
- Contribute to better dashboards, reporting, and creative testing through feedback and analysis.
- Handle day-to-day campaign work, performance reviews, troubleshooting, reporting, and client/account questions.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings deep experience with local business advertising, especially in Meta and Google, and understands lead generation for local service businesses. They should be analytical, creative, proactive, and able to explain results in simple language.
This role is not a fit for people who wait for direction, blame the client or the platform, or only focus on vanity metrics. It is best suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, testing, and constant improvement.
Requirements
- Strong internet connection and a reliable work setup.
- Ability to communicate with clients and present professionally.
- Fluent English.
- Availability to work full time.
- Ability to work EST hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Substantial experience running ads for local businesses, especially on Meta and Google.
- Experience in lead generation and/or local service businesses.
- Comfort using data to explain performance clearly and practically.
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and consistently proactive.
- Willingness to stay current with what is working in the market.
Work arrangement
The role is remote, with very occasional hybrid work when needed.
Compensation
Pay is performance-based and tied to responsibility rather than hours alone. Monthly starting pay varies by level: junior roles start at USD 1,000 to 1,500 per month, intermediate roles at USD 1,500 to 2,250 per month, and experienced roles at USD 2,250 to 3,500 per month. Performance bonuses are available, and compensation can rise as you handle larger accounts and deliver stronger results.
