About the company
HTM Hydro Technology Motors GmbH is an innovative business focused on hydrogen and energy technology. The company is looking for a Konstrukteur:in to strengthen its engineering team.
What you will do
- Design and continuously improve generators.
- Engineer mechanical assemblies, frames, housings, and related interfaces.
- Create production drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with electrical engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams.
- Coordinate technical details with suppliers and external partners.
- Support prototype builds, testing phases, and the start-up of serial production.
- Assist with technical changes and ongoing optimizations during daily operations.
What we are looking for
- Completed training as a technical draftsman / product designer, or a degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable field.
- Previous experience designing machines, units, or generators is an advantage.
- Confident use of common CAD software such as Siemens NX, Inventor, or similar tools.
- Solid technical understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Ability to collaborate well in a team and enjoy cross-functional cooperation.
- Good command of German; English is a plus.
