Job Description

Join the Moorestown Operations Material Planning Team as a detail-oriented Material Release Analyst. This is a business-critical role that involves cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing Program Managers, Manufacturing Finance, Shop Production Controllers, and other teams to ensure the successful release of program requirements. Your responsibilities will include reviewing configurations for accuracy, making informed decisions on varied requests, and working closely with team members to achieve operational excellence. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process incoming Hardware Program Control Directives (HPCD) requests by analyzing and organizing data to provide clear guidelines for execution.
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize data in a presentable format for clear cross-team communication.
  • Proactively identify and solve new challenges and adapt to the ever-changing needs of our programs.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and internal customers across multiple platforms.
  • Must be able to work remotely as part of a hybrid schedule.
  • Must be a US Citizen due to facility access requirements.
  • Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to the Moorestown, NJ area.
