About the Team
This role sits within the group responsible for creating high-energy matchday moments, engaging fan areas, and major events that bring the club community together. The team handles pre-match entertainment, special celebrations, audience engagement, and hospitality experiences designed to make every visit feel special.
Their work includes planning lively supporter interactions, arranging entertainment and activity zones, and delivering a premium welcome for guests across the stadium.
As a Matchday Host, you will help turn each fixture into a standout occasion filled with atmosphere, community pride, and memorable service.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for helping deliver an excellent experience for supporters and corporate visitors, making sure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and well looked after. As part of the Major Events and Fan Experience team, you will contribute to a polished, first-class environment across suites and bars, strengthen relationships with customers, and provide consistently high-quality service during events.
You will liaise with catering and bar colleagues, respond to guest questions in a calm and professional manner, assist with the efficient running of matchday operations, and help uphold the club's standards for hospitality throughout the stadium.
What We Ask For

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or events would be helpful, though not essential. You should also take pride in representing the club well and ensuring each guest leaves with a positive impression.
Availability Requirement
Applicants must be able to work every home matchday, including evening fixtures and cup matches.
