About the Role
Thomas & Piron is currently seeking multiple masons including laborers, skilled masons, and team leaders to join their team. The main responsibility is masonry work on single-family houses.
Target Candidates
The company is looking for masons with varying levels of experience across Wallonia, including laborers, skilled workers, and team leaders.
Experience and Knowledge
- Open to beginners or candidates with solid masonry experience.
- Understanding of safety rules and regulations on construction sites.
Technical Skills
- Ability to erect scaffolding.
- Proficient use of tools such as trowel, plumb line, concrete mixer, level, and others.
- Capable of creating and installing formwork; pouring concrete and other mortars.
- Assembling and positioning reinforced concrete elements.
- Preparing and applying interior and exterior plasters, including facades.
Personal Attributes
- Good physical condition and enjoyment of outdoor work.
- Precision, rigor, care, and curiosity about innovative construction techniques.
- Team-oriented and contributing positively to group dynamics.
- Strong organizational skills and good sense of balance.
- Safety-conscious and able to follow safety instructions.
