Job description
About RedCompass Labs
RedCompass Labs focuses on payments modernization and uses applied AI together with deep domain expertise to help clients deliver end-to-end transformation initiatives. The company works to improve payment systems, lower operating costs, and reduce regulatory exposure. It also built the RedFlag Accelerator, a solution designed to identify trafficking-related crime for financial institutions and law enforcement by analysing transaction patterns, criminal personas, crime models, red flags, and open-source intelligence data. The organisation operates across London, Warsaw, Brussels, Miami, Toronto, and Pune, serving clients globally.
About the Opportunity
This position sits between marketing operations, demand generation, and sales collaboration rather than being a traditional marketing role. It is suited to someone who enjoys working across systems, messaging, and pipeline creation. The role involves improving the marketing engine, developing outbound activity that converts, and helping turn engagement into qualified commercial opportunities. You will have exposure to the full demand flow, from CRM processes through to booked meetings, with a mix of analytical work and creative communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine outbound campaigns that spark conversations and lead to meetings.
- Partner with Sales to shape messaging in a tone that supports target account outreach.
- Convert engagement into tangible pipeline opportunities.
- Set up, manage, and improve HubSpot workflows, automations, and database segmentation.
- Maintain clean, well-structured, and usable data across the contact database.
- Keep marketing systems operating effectively and efficiently.
- Segment audiences using engagement activity and behavioural indicators.
- Spot high-intent prospects and focus outreach on them first.
- Improve the movement of contacts from cold to engaged to sales-ready.
- Monitor campaign results such as opens, replies, and meetings.
- Test ideas, review results, and adjust messaging and targeting for better performance.
- Use insights from data to improve conversion rates and engagement over time.
What You Need
- Background in B2B marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
- Confidence using HubSpot or similar CRM and automation platforms.
- Comfort working with data, segmentation, and structured processes.
- Strong copywriting ability with the skill to produce persuasive outbound messages.
- Interest in understanding how marketing contributes to commercial outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales and other internal teams.
- Proactive, self-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience with outreach sequences or account-based marketing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or comparable tools.
- Exposure to AI-enabled workflows or automation.
Perks and Package
- Competitive salary with a performance bonus of up to 10% annually.
- Life insurance and group income protection.
- Private medical and dental cover for you and your family.
- Pension contribution of 4% from the employer and 4% from the employee, with the option to increase contributions.
- 28 days of annual leave, plus public and bank holidays.
- Hybrid working model with 60% office-based work annually at the London office, 1 Royal Exchange, London EC3V 3DG.
- Personal performance bonus of up to 10% of annual earnings.
