Role Summary
This full-time position is based on-site in Doha, Qatar. The Marketing Project Manager will lead marketing initiatives from planning through execution and closure. The role calls for close coordination with internal teams and external partners, careful management of schedules and budgets, and ongoing tracking of progress to make sure campaigns and projects are completed within scope, on time, and in line with the overall marketing direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and drive multiple marketing projects from start to finish.
- Build and monitor project schedules, budgets, and delivery milestones.
- Work with internal teams and outside stakeholders to keep activities aligned.
- Make sure project execution supports the broader marketing strategy.
- Track progress and performance, and take action to keep work moving toward deadlines and targets.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively and keep work well organized.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work well with others.
- Practical understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.
- Experience handling budgets and financial planning for marketing work.
- Strong attention to detail along with good problem-solving skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Comfort using project management tools and software is beneficial.
- Prior exposure to the automotive sector would be an added advantage.
