Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is for a Marketing Project Lead in Germany, offered through a partner company that handles applications and the next steps in the hiring process. The role combines marketing strategy, project coordination, and client partnership to deliver campaigns and content work that are tied closely to business goals.
You will serve as the central link between clients and internal teams, turning high-level objectives into clear marketing plans and measurable execution. The role is fully remote and designed for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, making decisions independently, and balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery across several brands.
What you'll do
- Shape and run complete marketing strategies for assigned clients, including priorities, roadmaps, KPIs, and practical execution plans.
- Act as the main client contact, guiding strategic conversations, setting expectations, and sharing recommendations backed by data.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple brands and campaigns, working with internal teams and outside partners to keep work on track and aligned.
- Measure campaign and project performance, monitor KPIs, and prepare clear reports and insights for clients and stakeholders.
- Keep marketing work moving smoothly by managing scope, removing blockers, and maintaining accountability across everyone involved.
- Convert client objectives into structured marketing actions that produce measurable business impact.
- Improve working processes where needed to create better efficiency, clarity, and consistency across active projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing management, project leadership, account handling, or another client-facing marketing role.
- Demonstrated ability to design marketing strategy, set KPIs, and build execution roadmaps connected to business outcomes.
- Background in managing several clients or brands at the same time in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills for client interactions, including leading discussions, influencing decisions, and building confidence.
- Practical experience with budgeting, reporting, and tracking performance across marketing work.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Figma, and AI-based productivity tools.
- Well-developed organization and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work on your own in a remote, outcome-focused setting with limited supervision.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
Benefits
- Salary that matches your experience and expertise.
- Completely remote working arrangement with flexibility to work from anywhere.
- High autonomy, with meaningful ownership and decision-making responsibility.
- Emphasis on results rather than heavy processes, with minimal bureaucracy and no micromanagement.
- Ongoing learning and development support, including training and skill-building opportunities.
- Paid time off, including holidays, vacation days, personal days, and sick leave.
- Chances to join team-building activities and industry events.
- A collaborative and creative workplace centered on growth, accountability, and impact.
