About Get Blue
Get Blue is a global initiative designed to help bring safe water and sanitation to millions by bringing together brands, creators, and consumers around everyday actions that create real-world impact. This is a highly collaborative position for someone who enjoys building structure, managing moving parts, and keeping complex workstreams organized in a fast-paced environment.
The role sits at the intersection of marketing, partnerships, and operations. It supports everything from partnership pitching and campaign delivery to internal coordination and workflow improvement across Water.org, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
What You Will Do
Marketing and Campaign Operations

- Manage timelines, deliverables, approval steps, and launch readiness so campaigns stay on track.
- Create and maintain organized systems for campaign assets and tools to support smooth execution across teams.
Business Development and Partner Operations
- Help maintain and advance a pipeline of brand partnerships by coordinating outreach, meetings, and follow-up actions.
- Assist with co-branded activation planning, including partnership materials and launch preparation.
- Work with corporate partners, agencies, and vendors to deliver polished, high-quality partnership experiences.
Cross-Functional Coordination and Operations
- Serve as a connector across teams and partners to keep priority initiatives progressing.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows as the initiative grows.
- Support operational discipline through budget tracking, contract coordination, and adherence to brand and partnership standards.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, partnerships, or account management.
- Hands-on experience supporting cross-functional campaigns and/or brand partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to run complex projects from start to finish while balancing timelines, approvals, trackers, and multiple stakeholders.
- Previous experience working with corporate brands, agencies, or outside partners, with a practical understanding of campaign execution and partnership workflows.
- Comfort working in environments that move quickly and evolve often.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Authorization to work in the country where the role is based is required before employment begins.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, with possible flexibility depending on skills, certifications, location, and qualifications. The position is also eligible for an annual incentive plan of up to 10%.
