Job description
About MultiBase
MultiBase is a specialized consulting firm focused on business intelligence and analytics. Since 1991, the company has supported mid-sized businesses in the DACH region with data-driven decision-making that improves financial performance. Over the years, it has delivered more than 1,500 projects for over 400 clients, primarily serving CFOs and Heads of Controlling at organizations with annual revenue between EUR 20 million and EUR 500 million.
The company is currently moving beyond conventional BI consulting and into scalable products and international markets, including the Gulf region and English-speaking markets. It is a compact, high-performance team that relies on structured systems, AI-driven productivity, and strong independent thinking. The long-term ambition is to significantly scale EBITDA by 2030, and this role is central to building that growth engine.
Role overview
This position begins with hands-on ownership of the marketing engine. From the outset, you will manage campaign execution, CRM operations, funnel tracking, and contractor coordination. You will work directly with the founders and have real influence over what gets delivered and what does not.
The role is intended to grow with you. As you demonstrate strong performance, you will take on broader responsibility such as campaign strategy, channel experimentation, and support for international expansion. The long-term scope is limited only by your output and initiative.
Core responsibilities
- Plan and run Meta advertising campaigns independently, including ad copy or scripts, budget handling, and ongoing optimization.
- Monitor funnel metrics across landing pages, email sequences, and call conversions, then test improvements to increase performance.
- Manage CRM activities such as automation setup, lead scoring, sequence management, and data hygiene.
- Build and maintain workflows in GoHighLevel that connect marketing activity with sales results.
- Repurpose content into campaign assets and distribute them across channels, currently with a focus on YouTube and LinkedIn, with additional channels to follow.
- Set up and oversee AI agents that support content creation and distribution.
- Coordinate external contractors, provide clear briefs, and assess their output based on lead quality and business impact, not just visual polish.
- Support business development with templates, briefing documents, and lead intelligence that align with the sales function.
- Over time, contribute to campaign design, channel testing, market expansion, content strategy, and the broader marketing system.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is an AI-native B2B marketing operator with 2 to 4 years of practical experience. You should be comfortable working independently, moving quickly, and producing strong output relative to time spent. Proactive thinking and initiative are essential.
- Strong hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing, ideally in a small-team, execution-heavy environment.
- Comfort with AI tools as a core part of daily work, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Hermes, OpenClaw, or similar tools.
- Ability to think in terms of funnels and conversions rather than isolated content pieces.
- A self-directed working style with the habit of surfacing issues and proposing improvements without waiting to be asked.
- Confidence in identifying market opportunities and suggesting next steps independently.
- Business-level English proficiency is required.
- German language ability is a strong advantage, especially for reviewing DACH-oriented material, but it is not mandatory.
Not a fit if
- You rely on detailed instructions for every task.
- You prefer delegating work instead of doing the execution yourself.
- You need frequent check-ins to stay on track.
- You are looking for a large, highly structured team with clearly defined lanes already in place.
- You do not use AI tools in your regular workflow.
- You tend to delay action on underperforming campaigns instead of addressing the issue quickly.
Benefits
- Substantial ownership from day one in a role that is not coordination in name only.
- Direct access to the founders.
- A full budget for AI tools needed to work faster and more effectively.
- Remote-first setup with flexible working, with core hours from 10:00 to 16:00 CET.
- Quarterly in-person team weeks for alignment and collaboration.
- Pay is discussed individually based on experience and location, with additional participation in a performance-based bonus program.
- Opportunity to build rather than merely maintain an existing system.
- Exposure to international expansion rather than being limited to a single market.
- A clear growth path from execution-focused work into ownership of the full marketing function.
- A company culture that actively uses AI leverage and expects team members to do the same.
How to apply
Applicants should send a brief note explaining why they want this role, why they are applying now, and what they have actually delivered in their most recent position. They should also include a CV or LinkedIn profile and one example of a campaign or piece of work they are proud of, along with the outcome.
The company reviews every application and replies to candidates who advance beyond the initial screening stage.
