About the Role
Modrn Agency is hiring a full-time remote Marketing Manager to take charge of client success once campaigns are live. The agency builds done-for-you client acquisition systems for SaaS companies, agencies, and B2B service businesses, and this role sits at the center of that delivery process.
You will be the main point of contact for clients after launch, reviewing performance, leading regular strategy discussions, and shaping the next steps based on what the data shows. This is a client-facing performance marketing role for someone who can confidently interpret paid media results, not just summarize reports.
What You Will Do
- Run recurring optimization calls with clients, typically every couple of weeks, and provide more hands-on attention when a client needs extra support.
- Guide clients through the numbers behind their funnel and ad campaigns, identifying where conversion is strong and where prospects are dropping out.
- Evaluate A/B test results and determine what should be kept, stopped, or tested next.
- Translate performance insights into the next round of improvements and experimentation.
- Share winning ad concepts with the creative team and help brief the next iteration.
- Maintain client confidence by keeping communication clear, proactive, and focused on results.
What We're Looking For
- Deep understanding of paid advertising and performance marketing at a high level.
- Practical knowledge of Meta ads, funnel strategy, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently lead client calls.
- Quick decision-making and the ability to interpret performance data accurately.
- Experience operating in an agency environment, or a background that includes wearing multiple marketing hats, is strongly preferred.
Compensation
The starting pay is $60,000 per year, with room for fast growth and additional compensation over time.

This is a remote position based in California, United States. The role is designed for someone who enjoys digging into campaign metrics, testing, and optimization, and who wants to work within a growing agency without the pressure of constantly winning new business or managing an independent shop.
