Role Overview
Marketing at Berkshire Grey is focused on turning advanced robotics into practical business value for demanding supply chains. The team supports customers as they modernize fulfillment, e-commerce, and logistics operations through intelligent automation.
The company is seeking a Marketing Manager who brings initiative, ownership, and the ability to move from strategy to execution quickly and effectively. This individual contributor role is centered on increasing brand awareness, generating demand, and strengthening Berkshire Grey’s market position in robotic automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing programs from start to finish across digital and offline channels.
- Organize and manage events such as trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
- Oversee campaign schedules, deliverables, and coordination across channels.
- Make sure marketing activities launch on time and support business priorities.
- Handle social media activity and maintain content publishing calendars.
- Run and improve paid media efforts across platforms such as Google and LinkedIn.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns and nurture journeys.
- Keep the CRM organized, including workflows, integrations, and lead handling.
- Draft and refine marketing copy for websites, emails, advertisements, and social posts.
- Develop and coordinate content assets such as blogs, case studies, videos, and whitepapers.
- Prepare press releases and support media outreach activities.
- Arrange interviews, speaking opportunities, and media monitoring.
- Update website content, build landing pages, and improve conversion performance.
- Support lead generation and other programs that contribute to pipeline growth.
- Maintain sales collateral including decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Partner closely with Sales to support deal progression and follow-up.
- Measure campaign results and create reports and dashboards.
- Manage marketing tools and confirm tracking and integrations are functioning properly.
- Work with internal teams, agencies, and external partners as needed.
- Protect brand consistency across channels and all marketing materials.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 5 years of marketing experience with direct execution across campaigns, digital programs, and events.
- Background in running multi-channel marketing efforts, including email, paid media, social, and webinars.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, along with analytics platforms.
- Strong writing and content development abilities across several formats and channels.
- Experience supporting lead generation, pipeline development, and sales enablement work.
- Comfort working on website updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and a detail-oriented, data-informed approach.
- Experience in robotics, automation, or a related technical field is an advantage.
Additional Information
This role involves travel for multi-day industry events several times per year, approximately 2 to 3 times annually.
The position follows a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 in-office days each week.
Location: Bedford, MA.
