About the Role
Holden Industries, Inc. is hiring a strategic, performance-focused Marketing Manager to run data-led initiatives centered on lead generation, nurture programs, and digital campaign delivery. The position is based on site in Green Cove Springs, Florida, and reports to the Vice President of Marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and launch coordinated marketing programs that can be measured end to end, with an emphasis on generating, nurturing, and converting leads through digital channels.
- Build, manage, and improve Google Ads campaigns to attract qualified traffic while strengthening return on investment.
- Direct social media strategy and day-to-day execution across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram to keep messaging consistent and engagement strong.
- Manage marketing automation processes in HubSpot and Salesforce, making sure leads are transferred smoothly to the sales team.
- Review campaign results and lead metrics to identify opportunities to raise conversion performance.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track the marketing metrics used to evaluate performance.
- Keep up with current practices and trends in B2B marketing, CRM systems, and automation tools.
- Oversee a graphic design team member and guide related work as needed.
Performance Expectations
- Monthly or quarterly volume of qualified leads generated.
- Rate at which leads become opportunities or customers.
- Cost per lead, especially for paid media campaigns such as Google Ads.
- Share of pipeline influenced by marketing activity.
- Email engagement indicators, including opens, clicks, and conversion results from nurture campaigns.
- Social engagement outcomes such as follower growth, engagement rate, and referral traffic.
- Paid media results including CTR, CPC, and conversion performance.
- Accuracy and completeness of CRM lead and contact records.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in CRM, lead generation, and digital campaign management.
- Solid working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Ads is essential.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere or similar video editing software.
- Practical experience managing social platforms and related tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
- Strong ability to analyze marketing data and performance indicators.
- Excellent written and verbal communication along with strong project coordination skills.
- Background working across sales, product, design, and analytics functions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to the heavy equipment, automotive, or vehicle upfitting/manufacturing space.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, photography, and videography.
- Ability to support video production for training, advertising, social media, and product promotion, including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing across digital channels.
- Experience helping bring products to market and promoting them through coordinated, cross-functional campaigns.
